Educational panel Bees

The Bees educational panel is a manipulative play inspired by the life of bees. The panel features movable elements depicting bees that a child can slide along marked paths leading around the hive. The play combines a nature theme with an activity requiring hand dexterity.

How does the Bees panel support child development?

Guiding the movable elements along the routes exercises fine motor skills, precision of movement and hand-eye coordination. Following the course of the paths requires concentration and perceptiveness. The hive and bee motif can also serve as a starting point for a conversation about these insects, their environment and their importance in nature.

The panel is an easily accessible device, so it also fits well into inclusive play spaces.
